Any activity conducted through a Member's account is deemed to have been carried out by that Member, regardless of whether the Member was the actual individual in control of the account at the time of activity.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. Members must notify shoei33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account. shoei33 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security, including the failure to log out from shared or public devices.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. shoei33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Members may not sell, transfer, or assign their account, account balance, bonuses, or any associated rights to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. shoei33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, and USDT TRC20. 4.2 Withdrawal Requirements. 5.3 Withdrawal of Bonuses. Bonus funds credited to a Member's shoei33 account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Partial satisfaction of wagering requirements does not entitle a Member to proportional bonus withdrawal.

9.1 shoei33 provides its Platform and Gaming Services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shoei33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 shoei33 shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, loss of winnings due to technical fault, or loss of data.
9.3 shoei33's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

11.2 Upon closure of an account that is in good standing and has no outstanding bonus obligations, shoei33 will return any remaining verified balance to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
11.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting shoei33 support via Live Chat. Voluntary closures due to problem gambling will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed with appropriate urgency.
